The silk fragment with red ground is patterned with horizontally aligned, offset waved lines. Growing out of these is a stylised bunch of flowers, its centre formed by a pink. The waved lines together form three circles arranged into a triangle, the Ottoman cintamani motif, which on this silk fragment is additionally flanked by two cloud bands.
