Description:

This tall fritware vase with its facetted body, tapering neck and projecting lip most certainly copies a metal prototype. Its sides are covered by two horizontal registers above and below, with individual seated figures reserved against a solid lustre background. A band of abstract scrolling separates the registers around the middle.
