دينار ذهبي ضرب في المهدية في تونس عام 380 / 990، أثناء خلافة ,'ar');" style="text-decoration: underline;">الخليفة الفاطمي العزيز (حكم في الفترة 365 - 386 / 975- 996).
يظهر على وجه هذه القطعة في الوسط داخل دائرتين متحدتي المركز ,'ar');" style="text-decoration: underline;">كتابة بالخط ,'ar');" style="text-decoration: underline;">الكوفي من سطرين:
السطر الأول يقرأ: "لا اله إلا الله محمد رسول الله، علي خير صفوة الله."
السطر الثاني يقرأ: "محمد رسول اللهأرسله بالهدى ودين الحق ليظهره على الدين كله ولو كره المشركون."

حدِّدت المهدية في تونس مكاناً لصنع القطعة نظراً لأنها دونت على القطعة بصفتها مكان ضرب القطعة.

Aida Naghawy is an archaeologist and the Director of Jordan Archaeological Museum. She studied archaeology at the University of Jordan where she gained her MA. She was affiliated to the Jordanian Department of Antiquities from 1974 as a curator of Jordan Archaeological Museum. In 1981 she became inspector of Jerash antiquities and co-ordinator of the Jerash International Rehabilitation project. She was also head of the archaeological awareness section at the Department of Antiquities. Aida is the author of numerous publications on Islamic coins. She has carried out excavation work in Jerash and is the founder of Jerash Archaeological Museum and the Islamic Museum of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.

Ghada Al-Yousef is an archaeologist and the Director of the Friends of Archaeology Society in Jordan. She studied at the University of Jordan from where she received her BA and MA in Archaeology. In 1993 she undertook a course in the restoration and conservation of ancient mosaics held by the Italian government in Jordan. She was affiliated to the Jordanian Department of Antiquities from 1994 to 1997 as a trainee in the restoration of ancient mosaics and the production of modern mosaics at Madaba Mosaic School. In 1995 she opened her own gallery and workshop for producing mosaics. She was appointed as the Director of the Friends of Archaeology Society in 2001.
